Every month, I coach women in online fitness challenges! These are for women who have GOALS to meet, and the groups are a perfect place to find daily motivation, accountability, and inspiration to not give up on your goals! Women begin these groups in all sorts of different places, with a wide variety of goals, whether they have 80lbs to lose over the course of a year, or they want to lose those last stubborn 5-15lbs of post-pregnancy weight, or they don’t need to lose pounds but simply want to feel more ENERGY, strong, and healthy from the inside out!
In these challenges, we each commit to:
- a specific workout program (I will help pair you with the perfect program for your goals and workout interests!)
- a simple, whole-foods based nutrition plan based on simple portion control (NO calorie counting or deprivation!)
- drinking a delicious, superfood shake each day
- engaging with the group!

In a fitness group, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded women, you’ll be encouraged and cheered on daily, you’ll dig deep into some topics that will be transformative for you, you’ll have help with how to meal plan and prep for yourself and your family, you’ll be given sample meal plans, snack ideas, and SO MUCH MORE! There is so much value in these groups!
