AH! there is SO MUCH I could write as I share these pics!
First pic was at 3 months postpartum and the 2nd one is almost 4 months postpartum (WHA!? How is Eliza almost 4 months?!!?😢).
In the first pic, I was feeling discouraged because I wasn’t seeing changes in my weight like I had hoped, and I still couldn’t fit into most of my pre-pregnancy jeans. But…CONFESSION TIME…though I was doing my workouts diligently, I thought I didn’t need to track my nutrition with those awesome color-coded containers because…well, I ate healthfully enough, right?! Well, once I started using those containers to track my food again, I started seeing changes and feeling lighter/better/less bloated and my jeans started to fit a little better!! SO silly of me to not be using this INCREDIBLE system this whole time!!
For me, these pics represent caring for my body in the best way I know how, and letting go of unhealthy eating patterns that were sabotaging my progress and kept me from feeling my best.
Is it all about weight loss and how my postpartum tummy looks?! NO! I’m only 2lbs lighter in the 2nd pic, but I feel a world of a difference better! There is no way I’d be making progress in my journey without the amazing support and accountability from the other women in my monthly groups, which is why I want to invite YOU to my March fit group..aka March Mommy Makeover!
Here’s how the group works:
•We start preseason (a time to prepare for success on March. 6th (which is WHY you need to get your Challenge Pack NOW, especially while it is on promo through the end of February 😉) and the group runs for 4 weeks total- ENDING ON April 3rd!
•No one has to pay to enter. Your payment is your workout program and our Shakeology that I’ll help you get all set up with.
•You will track your workouts and nutrition in the group, and check in for daily motivation! The accountability is UNMATCHABLE!
