Today marks the last day of my October fitness challenge, and I can’t wait to share with you some of the success stories! It’s amazing how much change and growth can happen in just three weeks, and it’s a huge privilege to be a part of women’s journeys like this!
As we wrap up, I can’t WAIT to invite YOU to my November group! I will be needing the accountability more than ever as I focus on my nutrition to slowly get back into pre-baby shape (nope, no baby yet…still anxiously and impatiently waiting over here!)! Who will join me so we can hold each other accountable?!
I am looking for 8 women who are ready to make some positive steps toward greater health in their lives! Perhaps you love fitness but you’re ready to kick it up a notch, or maybe you haven’t exercised in years! This group is will meet you where you are and we will all push each other to be the healthiest we can be…EVEN during a holiday month!! We’ll share tips and tricks to staying healthy over the holidays WHILE still enjoying the amazingness of food traditions that come with Thanksgiving! I’ll pair you with the best fitness program that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. The program will take the guesswork out of what to eat, how much to eat, and what to do for exercise each day! And the accountability, you guys?! It ROCKS. Seriously, these groups have been life-giving to me in so many ways and I want you to experience it!
