As women, there is SO much more to the word “healthy” than just our physical bodies. If we are strong, lean and beautiful on the outside, yet discontent and anxious on the inside, where does that get us? Are you with me?
One thing I have LOVED about my fitness challenges is seeing the inner transformations women go through when they spend a month focusing on becoming more healthy. It’s amazing how other areas in their lives become more disciplined, they gain newfound confidence, and become quick to support and encourage others!
My coach Natalie and I are passionate about taking it even a step further. In April, we will be leading a fitness challenge unlike any we’ve led before – it will be just as focused on our FAITH as it will our FITNESS! It is our longing that the group will provide a place for women to be real about their struggles, their hurts, and their triumphs – and not just regarding health but also faith. It is our aim that the women in this group leave with renewed passion and depth for Christ!
For the health & fitness aspect, we will pair you up with the program that best suits your needs (21 day fix is the most popular right now), simple, whole foods in just the right proportion, and a daily superfood shake.
